You can alternatively compute the total amount yourself, for the number of CDs you desire, along with the shipping and handling costs shown above and write a check for that amount. If your order is being sent to an Illinois address, please also add a 7% sales tax on your total (before adding shipping and handling). Then mail your check, payable to Rebecca Adams, the number of CDs desired, along with your name and "Ship To" address to:
